Be cautious in high altitudes, because this often causes cluster headaches. You should be prepared then whenever you are flying or rock climbing for instance, because this will most likely onset a cluster headache.

Other than this, there are natural remedies that you can try, if you are so inclined. Just make sure that you talk to your doctor about this. Many cluster headache sufferers want to deal with their condition the natural way and not have to rely on cluster headache medication, but it is often not enough. You may just have to use medication for the first little while, until you have your condition better under control.

Cluster headaches are certainly never easy to deal with, but if you are avoiding the common triggers and understand about the other treatment options you have, you should be okay and will not have to deal with the unbearable pain that cluster headaches are known for causing. Just be prepared, and do not think that cluster headaches will go away on their own.
